Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative R&D Manager – Special Projects with strong hands-on design capabilities in MIL-Grade/Industrial Grade Power Supplies Systems using Cosel/Synqor products for applications related to MOD, Armed Forces, and DRDO labs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead special R&D projects for MIL-grade power supplies.
• Design power electronics circuits meeting military specifications.
• Drive prototyping, testing, validation, and product release.
• Collaborate with MOD, Armed Forces, DRDO to define requirements.
• Manage and mentor engineering teams.
• Prepare defence project documentation (QA Plans, BOM, Test Reports).

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics or related field.
• 10+ years in MIL-grade power supply design.
• Experience with MOD/Armed Forces/DRDO projects.
• Strong understanding of MIL standards and ESS.

Preferred

• Defence electronics industry experience.
• Familiarity with defence manufacturing certifications.
